Custom work developed specifically for clients may be subject to separate licensing agreements.

Service Level and Availability

Payment and Billing

Limitation of Liability

Confidentiality

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
